His career began in the heart of Switzerland’s precision machinery and automation culture and led him to found and lead his own company, becoming CTO at just 25. He has delivered advanced robotic systems across watchmaking, industrial manufacturing, and life sciences, including GMP-qualified environments, for local and international organizations.

Combining deep technical expertise with executive leadership and cross-industry experience, he has led and managed multidisciplinary teams and overseen the design, deployment, industrialization, and qualification of large-scale automation and robotics programs.

Today, he supports organizations in navigating high-stakes technical decisions and transforming ambitious visions into operational reality

Growing up near Houston and NASA, Fanny developed a passion for precision engineering that led her to earn a master’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in Space Technologies at EPFL. Her career spans aerospace, watchmaking, and pharma/biotech, where she built strong experience in GMP environments, digitalization, and complex project delivery. Always with an emphasis on clarity, pragmatism, and people‑centered adoption of automation.

Combining strong data expertise with a thorough understanding of regulated environments, she ensures coherence between software systems, automation platforms, and operational needs.

She supports teams from digital strategy to execution, enabling automation systems that are reliable, compliant, and effectively adopted by end users.

Julien combines deep robotics and engineering expertise with structured project execution, building on his mechanical engineering training at EPFL and an MAE that strengthened his strategic and operational mindset. He has contributed to innovative engineering environments across high‑tech industries, developing core skills in system integration, technology maturation, and cross‑functional coordination.

With deep expertise in mechanical engineering, system integration, and regulated industrial environments, he ensures that robotic solutions are robust, reliable, and operationally aligned.

Vincenzo brings a rare combination of scientific depth and automation expertise, shaped by his PhD in Robotics and Materials Science at EPFL and years spent executing complex laboratory workflows. His drive to make science faster and more reproducible led him to focus on bridging real experimental needs with practical robotic execution, ensuring that automation becomes a reliable, accessible tool for scientists.
