NEVESO is at your side, where it matters
How NEVESO Took Shape
NEVESO is born in the field, where the gaps in laboratory and robotics programs are visible.
After more than 20 years spent leading complex industrial robotics projects, our founder, Guillaume Zimmermann, reached a clear conclusion:
Most projects don’t struggle because technology is missing. They struggle because the right expertise isn’t present at the right time.
Too often, laboratory and robotic initiatives suffer from fragmented ownership, misalignment between stakeholders, or strategies that are disconnected from on-site reality. Scientific and operational inputs are not integrated early enough, and issues emerge later, when change becomes costly.
NEVESO was created to address this gap and bridges strategy, engineering, science and execution to design and deliver large-scale laboratory and robotic programs end-to-end.
2021 – 2022
Active since 2021 and incorporated as a Swiss Sàrl in December 2022, NEVESO began with major pharmaceutical robotic projects that shaped its approach.
2023
In early 2023, NEVESO started a long-term collaboration with an international biotech company, supporting one of its flagship next generation laboratory deployments, mobilizing up to 20 people and concluding with a successful Swissmedic audit outcome and GMP license issuance.
That same year marked a key step in NEVESO’s development with the arrival of Fanny Boutier, the company’s first employee, reinforcing project execution and coordination.
Over the years that followed, NEVESO expanded its team and ecosystem to strengthen engineering depth, scientific understanding, and on-site execution capabilities supporting increasingly complex laboratory environments.
2025
Alongside project delivery, NEVESO also began contributing to broader industry discussions, sharing field experience through industry events and client Town Halls focused on the laboratories of tomorrow.
In 2025, one of the large-scale robotic programs led by NEVESO received European recognition with the Robotics Award of the Year (RAYA), acknowledging excellence in laboratory robotics implementation.
2026
In early 2026, NEVESO further strengthened its life-sciences focus by establishing its presence at the Biopôle, embedding the company within one of Europe’s leading biotech ecosystems.
Today, NEVESO continues its expansion, supporting multiple Lab of the Future programs for pharmaceutical and biotech leaders from early vision to operational reality.
Our Vision
Enable laboratories to operate as truly integrated systems. Where people, technology, and processes work together to support science, quality, and long-term performance.
Our Mission
Act as robotic and laboratory architects, from vision to operation.
We guide the deployment of laboratories, the integration of equipment and digital systems, and the implementation of automation and robotics with end-to-end ownership.
Our Values
Our values guide our actions. Passion, humility, and respect guide every
decision we make.
Systems
thinking
Designing laboratories as
integrated ecosystems, not
isolated technologies.
Client-first
mindset
Independent, vendor-neutral
guidance focused on
sustainable outcomes.
Technical
excellence
Deep expertise applied with
precision, rigor, and regulatory
understanding.
End-to-end
ownership
Accountability from concept
through stable operation, with
the agility required by complex
environments.
NEVESO designs laboratories as integrated systems with robotics as the backbone of performance.
